People are treating the main character like he is so dumb and weak. His brother is torturing him, with the intent to kill him. The brother doesn’t care that the main character has already said no many times. The main character is in survival mode and had found another man that can protect him for the time being, even though ml is being an ass. But I don’t think ml understand the seriousness YET.
Even if ML doesn’t understand, it doesn’t justify treating MC like this.
Nobody said it’s a justification.
