Idk about continuing, because the other scanalation team was actually taking a break because they were getting permission from many authors to publish their works. However, from what I know, this was towards getting permission for novels and I don't know if webtoons are included. But maybe you can ask them what their plans are? Because getting permission is a pretty big thing, and I don't think anything bad will happen from asking. I say this because in the translating world, most people take over projects when 3 months have passed without any updates. Otherwise, most translators ask the previous ones for permission.
That's all I gotta say really.
Here's from their website which is going through remodeling. Like, WordExcerpt is trying to legalize translating their projects and becoming a company. They're not a fan group.
"Following a great change within the company, WordExcerpt Studio, LLC. is redefining its systemic values and culture. Based in United States, our focus is on the legal acquisition of eastern literary works and arranging the works in its English derivative edition."

Ahhh, this is for the hardcore fans ( ̄∇ ̄")
Not my cup of tea, but I hope you guys enjoy the hell out of it! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
