not in a hater way but just to know what led to this LMFAOOOO what type of experiences in life lead to one making something like this...im so baffled im not even livid

not really a spoiler ig but novel has smut! ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Quite a bit too, really descriptive and in depth. Wonder if they'll show it in the manhwa as well hmm

are cayden n grover gay... not necessarily shipping but we NEVER see them apart from each other, they also always speak for the other, whenever they talk, its always "the both of us" and "we", they seem to trust each other enough to follow the others choices without further consideration, also in the novel it literally says cayden is trying to sleep on a bed and grover is trying to sleep on the opposite side.. We dont know though if grover is sleeping on the opposite side of the room on his OWN bed, on the opposite side of a wall separating their rooms, or on the opposite side of the SAME bed.

am i tripping or did the manhwa change a bunch of stuff from the novel and exclude a lot of major events. If so I will be pretty annoyed, it literally excluded the whole meeting with cayden anf grover when hilda visited them to heal them and check up on them. This adaptation makes it look like hilda doesnt give a rats ass about cayden n grover when thats not the case. Also it excluded a bunch of parts of adrian's perspective?? Correct me if im wrong but its js smthing ive noticed reading the novel

Just me but has the art quality been degrading? In the early chapters, the artist used thicker lines and had much better anatomy/face composition, they also just had better paneling. Compared to that, the recent chapters are full of face closeups that honestly look pretty bad as the composition is just not right; faces not symmetrical, to a severely noticeable degree at that, thinner lines resulting in more obvious flaws, eyes way too big, faces and noses too angular and pointed compared to the rounder art back then, etc.

I enjoy the story, I love it, it's unique and fluffy. My only problem being the recent art, I don't know if the artist is more swamped with deadlines or perhaps having health struggles, but if so, I'd prefer they take a break rather than choosing this, it'll be much better for both the readers and them if so.

in the novel, seyoon and the brother are both like "damn, forgot he was pregnant" cus sunwoo is so stupid that it just overtakes everything else. sunwoo eats a lot, sleeps a lot etc. and this kinda annoyed both the brother and seyoon, cus like, they were stressing like hell but then bro was out here eating and sleeping well. But they literally say themselves that they forgot he was actually pregnant and that was literally the reason he was always sleeping n eating. Like ik he's annoying but i feel like they rlly need to start treating him better cus he has a whole ass child in his belly

Ur telling me that duke maximillian was willing to marry a woman he didn't even like, and accept and raise a child that WASNT EVEN HIS just so he could marry the duchess(sophia)?? More than that, even after girly died, the duke was still willing to make that same child his SUCCESSOR putting aside the legacy his family had kept for so long of keeping royals away from the goblet.

Moreover, he set aside his OWN BIOLOGICAL CHILD, Ruediger, to make Jonas the successor, all because it was Sophia's wish. He set aside all of Jonas' flaws and mistakes, and even him wanting to commit treason, with his breaking point being jonas INSULTING AND MISTREATING SOPHIA?? I mean sure, other reasons contributed, but his breaking point was literally that jonas mistreated his wife and even said he'd kill her.

i finally remembered the plot twist of this!! idk if it was already mentioned here but





xiaomie reincarnated already before, with a mission to prevent fengjing from becoming evil. He transmigrated into the body of a minor villain(yandeng) who also used to bully fengjing and was the i think, head disciple of the sect leader. Whole sect was basically out to get fengjing under the sect leaders orders bc of his lineage or smthing. So in Fengjing's perspective, lead bully guy suddenly changes one day and starts being rlly nice to him out of nowhere, when its rlly js the transmigrated Xiaomie. But nonetheless, he accepts Xiaomie's kindness and they get closer.

Eventually he ventures out the sect but gets highly injured bcs the emperor sends numerous assassins to him everyday. Xiaomie hears of his injuries and sets out to find him, Xiaomie finds him despite being told by the sect leader that if he were to, then he would disown Xiaomie as a disciple and never allow him to enter the sect again.


They encounter a heavily injured guy who gives them an elixir of immortality, one he retrieved under the emperor's orders. Because of the elixir and also js the emperor wanting to kill Fengjing, they get chased down and Xiaomie gets rlly injured near death, Fengjing endures and carries him all the way back to their sect, only for the sect leader to refuse them at the gate, Fengjing practically begged him to atleast take in and heal Xiaomie, as he was the head disciple of the sect, unlike Fengjing. Sect still refuses them and Fengjing curses out the sect saying they would regret everything and he wont let anyone of them escape etc etc. He manages to find refuge and Mu Yi and his subordinates help him heal Xiaomie. But Xiaomie remains in bad condition and is still bedridden, tbh though Fengjing likes it better that way, despicable thing about it though is despite Xiaomie's condition, Fengjing still beds him (ofc without consent) leading to him being even sicker.

Top it all off Fengjing massacres the whole sect, with Xiaomie begging him to atleast leave some innocents alone. In the end though Xiaomie still dies cus he fails his mission and Fengjings obviously evil as hell now so he gets sent back to his world with his memories erased. He leaves behind a diary though, the one Fengjing keeps, with his REAL name on it. Thus why Fengjing is able to pull back his soul from the other world.


Yeah thats all i js wanted to yap before sleeping, ion even know if this is already in the manhwa, i dont remember but yeah. Lowkey been a long time since i read the novel so i kinsa forgot and just wanted to show that i finally remembered and awaken my memory a bit too.

yuh theres smut in the novel










so there is smut, pretty explicit smut? but not all that descriptive. It becomes more occurring in the later chapters, js beware of the side stories though if you do decide to read the novel bc theres like, extreme stuff there. In the sidestories theres an AU of if Mikael was as possesive now as he is in the og novel, in that AU Yuri only thinks of the world as a novel and so refuses Mikael's affections bc of that. So Mikael breaks his ankles and seggsually tortures him, like pretty extreme stuff. Very graphic as fck. Take it from me, as someone who regularly reads yandere manhwas. It takes up a pretty large part of the sidestories, idk but it was pretty long. Novel is safe and fluffy save for that.
