I think the artist has a thing for childlike fl, there are other works that have a similar art style to this one. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
I'm guessing her character is supposed to be innocent or naive. A lot of artists always lean WAY TOO FAR into it and make cutesy innocent cotton candy girls who look like children: big eyes, round races, tiny bodies, cute babydoll clothing and hairstyles.
It's always off-putting
