She did in the beginning she tried to stop it. And he kept dying and causing her life to reset. After a certain point she gave up on living. She blamed her brother realized it wasn't his fault and tried to save him again. Her life really sucks and I hope she isnt gonna be forced to get with her step bro even tho her feelings arent like that
Seems like you didn't read chapter one? Even though she knew what's gonna happen to him/gonna be done to him she clearly thought 'just cheer him on'. And in the later lifes we don't know what exactly happened to him at the times she didn't help him/was with him. Though it's not her responisibilty to take care of him that is only correct if she doesn't know what's gonna happen to him but she does more or less. We don't know how much she remembers from the novel and the previous lifes she lived (the occasions there might completely change in the next so nothing is sure anyway) so we can't exactly say how much she looked the other way and neglected him/didn't take responisibilty (like most people usually do or are supposed to at least) in a way... Well as long as she doesn't run off to the magic tower and protects her brother as well as possible in her current life/learned from her mistakes it's alright I guess?... ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I thought she was constantly taking care of that nasty cousin because leaving him alive meant absolute death by 20? I'm surprised that she didn't turn evil and lock up the brother so he couldn't die
