I really don't get the extreme hate on the tattoo. Do I like it? No, but I also do not hate it, I just wouldn't want the tattoo on my body (basically I don't care since it has nothing to do with me). It literally has no effect on the story at all. You can just ignore it, not read the story or just say "I don't like it" and move on.
I have a feeling that Siwoo will be center. Honestly the dude deserves it :')
I honestly don't want Yi-rim to have another baby. At least not for now. He is also an athlete and from what I gather really wants to skate and compete again. So I hope he just focuses on getting better.

Also shit Mokhwa hurt him more please, so he has to live with the shit he did for a long while at the least. I get that Nakwon also offered him solace (like giving him a place to 'come back' to, not so much setting up a new shop for him or all the other "menial" things he did), but that doesn't negate the abuse Mokhwa suffered because of him. Not to mention how Nakwon needs to tone shit down and also stop forcing (and lying!!) Mokhwa into doing stuff. If Mokhwa was absolutely against those things, I don't think he'd allow it, but still not fucking OK.
I love Mokhwa so fucking much :') He was written so well imo
