love it. love the humor, the plot is good and realistic imo, no unlikeable character so far (except collin I guess but he's bearable), its different from other medical drama that has too much dramatization like evil CEO & colleague that will even risk patient's life just for their greed and ego eventho they're supposed to be A DOCTOR. 10/10

at first I was expecting a wholesome father daughter relationship in a fantasy setting lol I mean look at the cover!! but oh well. this is one of a kind really in the ocean of action manhwas slops out there. unique and amazing arts (always love action manhwas which creative with their monsters design), the plot is sooo good so far and the horror is truly chilling istg there's should be a horror tag in this manhwa lol
