First of all, RSS don't wish for their translations to be uploaded anywhere, the last warning about it was posted in November and second of all they dropped it later on, because it got licensed, so official English translation is on-going now as far as I'm aware. On the other hand, this is worth a read anyways if it's your cup of tea.
