Nea (the 14th) is taking over Allen. The current millennium earl is mana, nea's twin brother. He is also the same mana that allen spent time with when he was a kid. Mana and nea are both the millennium earl.
I understand some parts but what i don't get is...
whose soul did allen call? wasn't it the soul of mana walker? How come nea said that the current millenium earl was the mana that took care of allen?

Yeah, that part is still a mystery. I think it's going to play an important role, though. Allen's eye and the ability to see akuma's souls has been a plot device since the very beginning (and what is the end evolution for the akuma hinted at earlier in the series? I don't think it's a coincidence Allen can see the souls). The akuma/eye thing taken a back seat in the current arc, but I think it might end up an reveal/twist having to do with either Allen's own nature, or Mana's/the Earl's. Or maybe it wasn't actually Mana that Allen turned into an akuma. There's obviously things that even Nea doesn't know, too. So many mysteries left to be solved...
the how is that person that cursed Allen when Allen asked the Eaarl to bring him back and turned akuma ? it's Mana that allen spent time with when he was a kid, so how can the Earl be dead and turn himself into akuma ??

I just rewatched d.grayman again and felt confused on that part too lol if Mana had been the Earl, but the Earl was the one encouraging Allen to call and was literally standing there with Allen, while Nea is also Allen, so whose soul was that lol pretty sure it will be explained later on.....like in chapter 1,000+ or something.

Hopefully, they'll update this October. The manga left me hanging and everytime i watch an episode of hollow, I just say to myself "I must take care of myself. I don't want to die before I see the end of this." (That's basically my mantra whenever i see mangas I like continued) (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

yep. only 13 eps. sad. but because the manga isn't that far out either, they can't really make any promises for the anime. so only 13 eps for now. and i'm assuming another 6-8 year long wait for more animation of the manga lol ╥﹏╥

From the looks of it before the Earl truly became the Earl he was conflicted about having killed Nea so he blamed everything on Mana and banished those memories and his original human persona Mana. I'm taking this from chapter 220 cause of how as he separated himself from Mana. In the mirror Mana cried about being forced out by the Earl. So Mana in the mirror was his human side while his Noah side remained as the Earl.
