I totally agree with you. The mc never showed any interest in men and avoid romance like it the plague. Same! I feel like forcing MC to end up with a random guy would just ruin the essence of the story. Like I can accept it if the author match him up with someone who's personality and traits are far removed from the typical BL tropes (perhaps someone like MC who's also aware that they're in a BL world?). It's not like I have something against Hatano, but having MC end up with him would just turn the story into a typical BL plot and lost its parody element, you know? And I'd really hate that, especially since MC avoiding the gay and making fun of the tropes is the best and funniest part of the story ToT
