Yep, it's hard. Some tasks are easy, but overall the entire work is extremely difficult + time consuming
the more details you want --> the longer & harder it will take
Also it requires a lot of training, a lot of experience, a lot of failure, and finally a lot of experimentation
It is very hard, the difficulty depends on how many frames or how many characters are in a shot though. As well as if you get an acting or action shot or a mix of both.
Feedback is everything too, you really need input bc sometimes you kinda miss out on details or other stuff when you’re animating. Overall it’s pretty fun!
