These love interests suck, I hope the MC doesn’t end up w either of them. But I can see the son being the endgame ML, since the MC being w him would show that he’s “overcome” the trauma surrounding the dad :/
and like idk that would be a pretty lazy way to show the mc has become more mentally stable and happy w his life.
More BL (and stories in general tbh) need to be less scared of having the MC not end up w anyone. If the story is supposed to be about his trauma, he doesn’t need to be in a romantic relationship at the end
