That's normal behavior, in my opinion. Teenagers are childish, especially when they feel comfortable and safe around people. They tend to act childish, be noisy, or even cry and feel sad if they're scared or threatened.

People who didn’t experience their childhood (in our MC's perspective, it's her childhood, but for others, it could be their teenage years) will repay all those experiences they missed once they become adults or gain more freedom and independence.
For example, our MC didn’t get to express herself like a child she couldn’t laugh, smile, cuddle or hug someone. She didn’t even get a chance to play like a child, have toys, or make friends. Now that she’s in a better environment, she acts childish, she’s repaying the experiences she missed out in her first life.
