As much as i pity the ML he’s still a piece of shit and I wish he wouldn’t end up with the FL. I mean seriously pushing someone to try to commit suicide twice is crazy. Just because one has a difficult/ traumatic past does not justify who they become in the present, nor does it mean they should have a “second chance”. It’s so interesting to see so many people defending him like he didn’t absolutely ruin Annette. It’s not like Annette was a direct factor to someone’s suffering, that was all her father.

But despite that I’m still glad they stayed loyal to end other till the very end, especially the ML. I was fully expecting more drama and another woman to show up like other stories where the FL stays single but the ML fools around like a dog but that god the author did not go that route
