In my opinion, it depends if someone see the male omega as mother figure or not. If that male omega acts motherly/nurturing, I would call him mom. But if that said omega acts normally like how a male is or his personality is on the masculine side, I would call him papa or whatever it is. So it depends on the personality imo. Also it doesn't make it......
