um well spoiler alert/trigger warning but the ml rapes mc and the mc even bleeds, it’s not super explicit (thank god) but that’s why many people are dropping it and there’s nothing wrong with that. Because not everyone wants to see that. Hope this helps

The problem with that is people find it disturbing (because it is of course) and they say they will drop it but they are still reading and commenting. Not saying they don’t gotta read it but a lot of them are hypocrites and comes back to read every new chapter even though they always got something bad to say about it.
