He saw it differently. I'm not siding with him but as per the story he sees it as he helped the omega get through his heat and in turn he handcuff him and broke his arm. That is the mentally of their culture, regardless if it's good or bad. Again, I'm not condoning anything but sometimes people need to read these things in a third person point of view objectively and not make such quick judgements of characters. It's hard to change a mentally that is influenced by ones upbringing. Usually change or remorse, won't be contemplated until the aggressor has heard or seen the victims outcome due to there actions. These probabilities is higher in relationships. This technically has not happened yet. It's almost the same as a child who was told all his life he is stupid. Statistically that child will have a higher chance of thinking they are stupid regardless of intelligence. Just think of how the average dominant alpha is raised and what they were told all their lives. I think that when Felix hears that Isaac is actually running from him all this time and why he is doing it, his mentality will change and remorse-guilt and all the other emotions Felix was probably taught not to feel will surface, especially towards an omega.

I guess when I read mangas, i read into the culture and adapt for better understanding of situations and go from there. There is still a lot of information that has not been shared yet between the two MLs and I'm awaiting to see the outcome and reactions.

They do not reset but they do change their beliefs slowly by confronting the rest of the society, humans are very smart species and they are known by how fast they adapt to their entourage , just compare yourself now to you when you where smaler , do you still have the same ideas , and the same values. I dont know how old you are but remember the time when the phone and internet weren't as big as now and all the info you get was just from your entourage and you had to believe in them bécasse there was no replacement to it , but now with the internet and social media you confront diffrent ideas and diffrent views . That s just how humans are they adapt

I can't subscribe to that point of view of Omeagaverse not being that different from RL. Not only do they have all of those discriminations that you mention that occure in RL but on top of that an Omeagaverse society! They are their own culture as Military families are considered a specified culture group in real life, but I do understand what you are trying to express.
