Although they all have the same memories they all have different personalities, and some of their personalities are too far from the real hyunjin, at least doyoung should know that. We as readers dunno much about the real one, but doyoung does. He knows what the real hyunjin is actually like, so it should be easy for doyoung to differentiate the real hyung from the fakes or at least get the rough idea as to who it might be.
Tbh i personally believe its blue haired hyung, his behaviour matches with the real one + hes the only rational person among all of em. Mr. Rose did lie about him being the culprit, so he could've lied about him being fake as well.
