Its toxic and "bad" (i personally like it), cuz both of them are.
The younger sister is secretly obsessed with her older sister that never really paid much attention to her, until the day the younger sister basically break in the olders house. The older sister loves feisty cute beings, the cat parallel tells us about that, when she realizes her sister is her ideal type, she traps her telling her how shell get rid of the younger if she doesn't comply.
While unnie sounds pretty convincing about the treat, she starts making leverage for her plans, making rumours about younger sisters deepest secret, trapping her for good, since shes shallow enough for that. Honestly, her goal is to provide for her until she understand that all the status, exclusive, power, she can have anything, if shes a good lil kitten and behave, pretty much how youngers mom got rich marrying the olders father.
