The semantics of whether it was non-con and how it affected the characters doesn't affect real life, so what's the point of condemning this work?
If it bothers your reading preferences, same as gore/murder (hell, anything rly) just move on and leave it for those who enjoy reading stuff like this.
I really enjoyed the story, despite it being quite repetitive with Jaeha's trust issues! But that finale felt so abrupt..
