I like reading angst bc i love the feeling of going through the pain and ending up happy afterwards (since books generally have happy endings unless stated otherwise) sorry to the characters but im excited to see them fall even harder for each other and get back together :))
But these stories have multiple chapters so the angst goes on for multiple chapters, interval between chapters is a week and for some manhwas it spans over months if not years if we ignore a sudden season ending and wait for a new season to start with the hope that everything gets resolved. I mean it's extremely taxing on your mind.....how do you even maintain your sanity during this time....that's why I avoid these stories....I already have enough stress in my life, don't want to increase anymore by adding the imaginary stress of fictional characters
I definitely do prefer to read it all in one go 100%. I’ll probably enjoy rereading this once its completed much more than on a weekly basis, but for me reading 1 chapter a week I don’t feel that invested in the characters and generally forget about it until the next chapter comes out so it doesn’t feel quite as mentally taxing but i definitely see where you’re coming from TT

Omega Complex felt a little bland to me. It's cute, but.... things just sort of fell into place after some unnecessary push and pull. Dohyun is also a much more interesting character as a whole
jigu is so cute but oh my god i could not stand him irl TT atp the way he acts is like a high schooler imo
like in the past ofc he did but in this conversation i think garam should feel loved
hyunchul is so cute but maybe after enlistment he will become sexy… :;(∩´﹏`∩);: tho if he stays cute forever i wouldnt mind. hyunho is sexy enough. i may have fucked up those names.. :P
