We can really sympathise with mc now bcs he's genuinely kind n tried to help these people. To the point that Esper called him "people pleaser" when he's actually not, bcs he really sympathise with them n their situations. But for people who constantly face with prejudice, fear, n constantly being seen as not a human being, mc's kindness n care feels really foreign to them. They can't understand why does mc don't treat them like others did, bcs they believe he has hidden intentions behind his care

cakeverse is typically just like the omegaverse! people have second genders: cake and fork (from what i’ve read) and the cakes taste really good to forks (stuff like sweat, licking the skin, and other bodily fluids). the forks are kind of like alphas in the sense that sometimes they are seen as aggressive/uncontrollable when they get hungry for cakes.
