Honestly, What Seo Mido did was understandable yet unreasonable. Yes, I do understand that what he had gone through may have possibly led him to not think logically due to trauma he gained although going for immediate revenge before explanation as I said, is very much unreasonable. Before torturing the guy you've holding on a grudge for years because apparently he had 'abandoned' you, I think that he should've at the very least asked him why he had done those actions, he also could've atleast tried on understanding both sides before torturing Han Jichan cause yea, immediately succumbing to grudge and anger definitely wasn't the right answer
