In the UK, it has been passed that the legal definition of a woman is someone who was born female. Now you may see that as a win, however, how will you police it? My best friend is cis and she has a hormone imbalance that causes her to grow facial hair, have a deep voice and many other masculine features. Then what about trans men? We very much pass as men after HRT but this definition puts us in women's spaces. So how will you be able to tell the difference between a trans man in a women's space and a cis man in a women's space?

The idea of gender and transitioning is inherently misogynistic. It's an idea forced down young girls throats to make them ashamed of being women. You can be a woman who likes societally deemed "masculine" things and not have to be a boy to enjoy things (mind you the feminine/masculine dichotomy is BS too).
