everyone talking about how they didn’t like kashii but i loved how gay people struggling for acceptance in modern japan society was portrayed in chapter 5 of this novel. what he had to go through was so heartbreaking, esp when all his closeminded classmates were pointing fingers at him for his minorities. I legit felt sensei’s kindness touch kashii’s heart so i sort of understand where he came from BEING GAY DOESNT MEAN UR ABNORMAL
ONE OF THE MOST REALISTIC MANGAS OUT THERE. this could actually pass for nonfiction due to the non sappy & cool male lead hehe any manga recommendations like this one?
I love how the plot is just the right amount of twisted. Their 15 year old love isn’t as sappy as all the other obnoxious novels but its enough to get you awwing every 5 seconds, and i think how they matured together in their own way is beautiful huhu more mangas like this pls—also, who knew 30 y.o. kusaka can look super stylish once he steps out of home *melts*
I love how well thought out god’s backstory was :( who would’ve thought he was related to kenta? The author did a splendid job, no doubt!
All the semes in this manga are so fucked up(?) Their treatment towards their respective ukes is the most toxic I’ve ever seen in a relationship. Esp that Karino dude, Azusa may have been a dick for the most part but he’s going too far with the gang rape & stuff (the raping should seriously stop). Kuze too! Surprisingly, my favorite pair is Senzaki x Tatsumi & for some reason they didn’t work out ughhh

Such realism. People cheat. People play with people. Kou said it himself “he was only one of my toys” im so done. I’ve been asking for more realistic novels and when i finally got one, my heart is into pieces :’)
