In this particular manga was a very faithful portrayal of how rape, specially in the work place takes place, and people can’t identify it, that manipulative behavior, just hit close to home and that’s why I comment “this is rape”

I agree with a lot of things you’re saying actually but this isn’t rape, this could be an aggression maybe but rape is an act of penetration. I do not like the way a lot of yaois try to normalize rape so don’t worry I’m on your side on this but I would like to see how the next chapter will turn out, hopefully he won’t be using his position to try and take advantage of the other!

This being rape isn't just about the guy being his boss and creating a situation, it's mainly about the uke telling him to pull out and yet he kept going when they were having sex.
