I’m forever biased to the doctor. People are saying “can’t you see he’s trying to protect you?” To him he’s tryna shut him up on his very valid reasons of curiosity. The doctor is a smart man he knows something’s going on and he wants to solve it or at least figure it out. He has lived privileged his whole life compared to Major Kwan so he’s more willing to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
perfectly worded. Not to mention this chapter even shows that doc would even rather die than be complacent. He WANTS to help find a cure whether major hates it or not. I truly dont think his drive to find a cure comes from stupidity. Yes a dangerous mission, but he is one of the few people that can actually do something and help solve the problem.
