It's another reality but I think it's still Korea so crazy hours could still be "part time" compared to even longer hours for some full time workers. Also sometimes part time just means jobs that aren't good enough to count as careers, in S Korean and Japanese and Chinese culture at least that is often another definition of "part time job".
