I think she's referring to Ainz Ooal Gown as in the group (Ainz-sama's friends from RL) Perhaps she resents the other creators since they abandoned everyone so she finds them worthless. At the end it also states how she only follows Ainz-sama. That's just my interpretation. (=・ω・=)
