Im at chapter 20 and i really like this I did come to say I didn’t love her comment saying normal women couldn’t hold a candle to him . I know it’s not serious but sometimes in these stories where cross dressing is involved there tends to be a niche for putting women down , subtle or not, to uplift the one cross dressing. I just never like those comments because they always undermine the women. Now sure here she’s just expressing her love for her pretty bf so I won’t really care after posting this comment
It was more to get out my frustration . I don’t know how authors think that’s the best approach. Of course I’m saying this cause some stories I’ve read have had more instances, for putting women down and sometimes the male characters ends up being kinda misogynistic in a way (in certain stories). Im not even mad at mc y’all gotta cut him some slack i obviously see both sides but what mc said in wasn’t worth him being bullied and ghosted by his « friend » I have with my childhood best friend made plans for both of us to leave our abusive dads but we never did cause like he said it can be unrealistic and sometimes you just suck it up and wait till you can depend on yourself.
Mc saying his real family was a stab to the heart ngl. But they’re both kids so leaving like that at that moment isn’t smart. And from what I can see and relate to personally it’s hard to leave parents who verbally abuse they’re kids because there’s always ups and downs with them, one day they’re all good and for the next three days they say things no person should hear so I get why he’s like that and why he said that at the door , his « friend » if he was a real one would want to talk again if he really cared about him
