Why does page 48 of chapter 11 where he pats his head has "stab" as a sfx? ( ̄へ ̄)

It's not a fx for patting his head. I'm pretty sure the stab here was for Sihoo's emotions. As in "stabbing pain in his heart" sort of thing, because he was thinking about how he doesn't want to forget again.

I am quite sure that the stab sfx was referring to the inside of his head, resulting in having him the intense dreams at the end of the chapter. Don't forget that his memories come back from time to time. Afterwards he was feeling dizzy, so they went to bed afterwards.
That's how it should be like: Shoma stays as Kyouichis bro and Hanahiro will become is boyfriend. He's more hansome anyway ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
tbh, I agree... I feel bad for the author, it probably wasn't their plan. Sihouma only seems to think about this stuff since the kiss. To me, it feels like he's being influenced by Kyouichi's pace, jealousy toward the friend, which doesn't have to be romantic in nature, and curiosit. It's obvious his relationship with his brother is stronger than with the girl that confessed to him.
Not saying Shouma can't turn out to be gay too.
Just that they're young, it's hard to imagine them stay together in the long run. You usually don't stay with your first crush is all. So, for such an experience, to be your brother even if not by blood)... It could turn future family diners into the most awkward moments possible.....
I can't bring myself to cheer for them
Urgh, I wish the author didn't introduce the new guy. I dunno why they thought it was a great idea to add someone who's clearly the better choice out of the two. Now I'm sad that Hanashiro's probably not gonna win over Kyouichi. :(
