I passionately hate second lead but I also pity him a lot. Despite everyone saying he is "privileged " is he really? If it's about money, yes he is filthy rich but his mom makes his life miserable for him. No wonder he has few loose screws
Btw is there any possibility that they make up and get married peacefully. Like I KNOW in my bones that there will be drama coming ╥﹏╥ hopefully they will stick together without unnecessary misunderstandings

I dont like the female lead. I could understand her anger in first few weeks but despite his tries to communicate with her she simply ignored him. And it's her fault. It is not a short period 2 YEARS. and it is a forced marriage but she did not do her single responsibility as a wife and what bothers me is that she did not questioned why she was not have to do them . Like ma'am you are acting like your world destroyed but you do not question your existence and the reason why you are there for years. Furthermore, she doesn't question how and whose permission she get to go back, she doesn't think what she left behind , she doenst think what will happen in future etc. She simply doesn't think ╮(￣▽￣)╭
If you claim that because she is "ill" and "abused" for these years it is more reason for her to think a way to get out of that country by asking or questioninh her circumstances while she was at the palace.
And even if you say she was "too ill" in that time , ehen she was heallthy and came back to her country it is only natural for her to think a way to not go back to that country , not simply forgot that she is married ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
And she is not even questioning the necklace or how she is miraculously healed. If her brother says so, she is fine.(￣∇￣")
Overall my judgement is that she is stupid. She suffered which is unfortunate but she is stupid with her life decisions and only thing that protects her is the plot armor ╮(￣▽￣)╭
We will probably see her "realization " in the next chapters probably and she will be like "OMG, how stupid I was, he sacrificed his life for me " aamnd then boom! Time will be reversed (probably)..
You literally lack reading comprehension if this is what you concluded on. This entire time the only thing the fl ever asked for was an explanation but the ml was always silent about it. He was ready to give her anything but what's the point when he can't give her the only thing she asked for which is not even much. In The entire story literally everyone is keeping secrets from her, imagine how frustrating it must be for her to be in the dark about everything. The only person she can rely on is herself so what else can she do other than pity herself.the ml too was just letting himself be swallowed by his self hatred but that's not a problem? No I don't. I think you have the lack of reading comprehension skills since you are too biased that she clearly refused too listen him after their marriage . It is understandable that she was depressed and had hard time with accepting things but she had plenty time to think about her situation and she did not.
I am a big supporter of female leads with strong mental heath and you can check out my profile which includes a literal list of STRONG FEMALE LEADS thatt i have been preparing for years. I am listing them as they are rare jewels in this manga/web world.
Just because she suffered a lot doesn't mean she is clever or common sense. I am into well written chrachters not one that simply ignores and regret things later.
Btw I never said male lead was excellent as well. He also is stupid in many aspects . He could have make things easier for her , gain her trust from very start, or forcefully (I mean like shouting form her closed doors not physical force of course) make her listen her story etc. He was a bit too "sacrificial" idiot that believed everything was his mistake. But since my main focus is female lead, I was disappointed more with her chrachter.
To be honest this story turned way darker than I was initially expecting. And when I was expecting some fluff it is even darker lol. Not that I am complaining but I really want to see them happy now. Especially Pershati , she really needs a break and huge hug..

It was a somewhat good story . And male lead had so much personality and royalty that made the story worth reading. He is what a man should be, a green flag. But personally the main story plot was poorly executed. Personally it felt like author mixed 3 storyline randomly to cover up some plot holes. There are some parts that poorly executed to make everything ending "properly".
For example how the devil (I didnt remember his name) just very randomly (with an accidentally drop of blood) freed and during the 3 timelines of planning the only thing he did in particular was cry ing to get his moon. Like common man is it your evil plan? Same thing about our fake saint. It felt like the author couldn't decide what to do with her and randomly towards the end s/he said "nah let's kill her."
If it was not for the ML I wouldn't give him 5 stars

So I looked into what happens… ( I got this information from people who read the novel)
1. The truth behind the friend who killed himself (Taeshin). The friend was honest when he told the MC they had a relationship together, everything was true. However the ML was just faking it all. The ML invited Taeshin to a rich people party where he had Taeshin gang r@ped (idk if he joined in though). So that is why he killed himself. He couldn’t take that the ML didn’t actually like him.
2. Does the ML have feelings for the MC? Not exactly. He becomes obsessed with the MC and basically wants to drive him crazy as well
3. A scene from the novel…. (Hopefully this doesn’t sound too confusing) The ML tricks the MC to go to a mansion to play the violin, while they are walking to the mansion the ML tells a story about how someone got lost in those exact woods for 3 days and this story creeps out the MC. Little did the MC know that the mansion they are heading to is the same exact one that Taeshin got SA in.
4. The mansion… so this place has a basement where rich chaebol sons go to SA people and that’s why the ML brought Taeshin there. It’s like a tribute to these people (again idk if the ML SA him) (I also have no idea if the MC gets SA by the ML when they went to the mansion)
5, another scene has it when the ML goes to the MC house and the ML finds a box that Taeshin gave the MC. (it’s the box that was shown in the beginning). In the box there is a journal I believe that Taeshin wrote EVERYTHING that happened to him and the truth behind the ML. There is also a drawing Taeshin draw of the basement he was SA in. Well the ML takes the box and burns it.
6. Happy ending ? I have heard it IS a HAPPY ENDING, however they do not end up together I believe. I heard from someone else that the ML ends up in prison.
I was expecting a lot of weird sh"" but damn! This was not one of them and even I hurt! Can't imagine how she feels now

I was not sure who was ML before (I got some spoilers) but still even if I didn't, I would understand it with this chapter. Because I can recognize " I started to like her/him but it is wrong" stare from the mile away(⌒▽⌒)
Despite not liking her I must admit that queen is the only villain with actual intelligence in this story. If she had in the right path she would be excellent queen
fr i think if her family approves of matriarchy, she'd be one badass matriarch competing for greatness against Lombardi too. if only they weren't so insecure and greedy, imagine how the empire would flourish better than the original. imagine the possibilities
but its also more fun to watch an intelligent villainess vs an intelligent female lead! its worthyy
