I actually don’t think she’s dumb! She’s actually quite smart and if it was any other FL a lot of these plot points would’ve been dragged. Like she’s been regressing after each death and it’s highlighted that bc of it, she became more impulsive and in this case she’s literally trying to figure out her murderer which she is actually doing p well bc in other OIs those FL would take like a 3 seasons to figure out. But the critique that she didn’t realize she was being targeted, in a time loop trope, the character is met with death at random (esp characters who are bound to die) till it wasn’t it and that’s what her recents deaths suggested.
Either way this is still the beginning of the story as it looks like, and they obv want the 4 families to die off or lose power bc the *most likely* it’s the emperors son who wants the true power.
Tbh I’m actually liking this bc it feels more realistic and glad they didn’t drag reasoning behind MLs behavior and Lea isn’t gonna treat this like a 3D chess, she life doesn’t know why she’s being targeted as she never rlly interacted with anyone who never came to her place, and was sheltered and neglected.
I actually haven’t seen a character like shin rock peoples shit while still being a college kid. Like bro has murder charges while he’s studying finance
I understand Carla’s sentiment. She’s just being a good mother who doesn’t want to see her daughter suffer like she did, I’m sorry she was 16 and essentially taken advantage of. Her daughter could be a victim, and you’ll never know a man’s true intentions but we know since it’s a STORY. But the only reason why it’s plausible for them to be together is either leave is identity entirely or find proof that Anna is a nobleman’s illegitimate daughter.
I think the final arc made this fall off for me that I needed a break. It was rather anticlimactic,,, and honestly was grace even suited to rule? You can argue she is with her views but her views could also suggest she wants to be away from politics. But yeah the narrative being straightforward was what kinda ruined me ! This long for her to find out who her parents were and how quick she went father yeah no. I think it wasn’t realistic at all. But it had potential, the first arc was very good. But as it progressed I felt myself losing the plot.
not a single person who was for the relationship and ready to expose them my god
I was hooked, very hooked. Not often we have a MC like soheon as he is a complex character motivated by greed and very untraditional as he does not seek such romantic relationships. And I think unpopular opinion, I think Seonho and Soheon deserved each other! Yeah they’re toxic but they’re literally a perfect match imo. Yeah Seonho has his moments but I’ve seen worse. Their relationship and the whole push and pull and the whole sets of tests. Yeah yeah this was good. I liked the story, I hope to see side stories!
Both are absolutely what they need with all the issues they got.
he did not give a fuck about Gisela getting freaky after an engagement okay okay it took yall that long
Where are my autistic, freaky bottoms at? I need lore of seonwoo as he’s such a refreshing character
glasses twin looking like my type and liked film,, kinda need him!
Judan and Jayeon are interesting, I wasn’t expecting it but Judan got a lot of work to do!
Latimer was just a milf hunter in the end, very happy for his mom.
tbh I did enjoy this story bc I liked how they started out flawed. Ho-il’d tendency wanting to steal things away from Hoseok/ liking things because of his brother and finding his lover interesting as it is the one thing that he didn’t know about his brother. While his lover is struggling with the loss of his lover but faced with someone who is very familar but also not as both brothers are different from one and another. I don’t think he “moved” on fast when he saw Ho-il as a replacement (which Ho-il didn’t care as he was the object of affection of his brother) but interesting to see how the story developed between them. Seeing how they have alot more in common, but also outlook. From the looks of it, his relationship with Hoseok was beautiful but not sustainable (as Hoseok does travel photography) and both of their lifestyles did crash and there wouldn’t be a common point unless there was a sacrifice
