I think what youre asking was if the blonde guy in chapter 1 (the one that got hit by a truck) was a real person or not right? Yes, the blonde guy was a real person and he was really hit by the truck and died. However he is not Yijun, the guy that Han Sekye has been seeing in his dreams. Yijun is just his delusion and it just so happened that the blonde guy looks like him.

No, I mean story wise, up until someone said that he win the gold 3 years ago I through they watched him win like yesterday, and we were so many time's told how old are they, but in the most random way,
in Olympic his age is 17, but in Korea he already 19, maybe coz he is nearing his birthday date... so Korea mark it 19, but actually he's just close to 18 (over 17)...

He was 17 (international age) when he got the medal. Then there was a three year time skip. The story definitely did this in a confusing way.
For Korean age when you’re born you are 1, then each new calendar year you become one year older (on Jan 1st). So if you were born in 2005, you would be 20 in 2024 regardless of the exact day you were born.
