I actually didn’t like this story and I can’t quite figure out why? I especially had a distaste for the main character and his portrayal because I don’t understand what was happening with him? Like the internalized transphobia was never quite addressed except for the other teen who was a huge asshole. Like I understand having internalized transphobia because I had it for years before I came out but just because I was struggling I still had to hold myself accountable for the beliefs I held. It seemed like his was just never addressed because “he’s not trans just a cross dresser” which is a shit reason sorry there’s a strong history of cross dressing and queer culture and maybe this rubbed me the wrong way because I’m use to transphobia in bls or transphobia within the cross dressing community in modern times but the subject of transphobia was not my favorite and I feel wasn’t completely appropriate to include into the story

This story was weird but I somehow binged and become invested there wasn’t much emotion going on in the emotional scenes, the servants were weird as hell, and some other scenes threw me off so bad where they were just weird scenes or the dialogue seemed awkward. There was some hot scenes tho and Arthur was prettyyy so it wasn’t like the worst read ever because it was porn and you should never really expect a+ plot from porn lol

The second couple confused me? There wasn’t a lot of context as much for the first couple and their relationship didn’t make too much sense to me especially after that short of them on the phone. I would totally read an analysis on them and their complexity lol but just reading it made me confused and not too into it
It was cute! The character designs were peak and the setting was awesome as well! The plot had issues tho T^T like ao being full traumatized made a lot of sense! I don’t agree though with asuka apologizing to the gang? Like I understand he had to do it in a way but we should have gotten a bit more emotional hate from him because they literally beat up aos father, trashed the restaurant, kidnapped ao, tried to rape him, threatened to traffic ao AND HIS LITTLE SISTERS and everyone is just like brushing that off? There just seemed to not be enough emotional depth to the situation revolving gangs. It’s understandable tho for a short story but I think if your doing a short story then don’t put such a heavy conflict in there :(

I will probably get jumped for this but while I loved the story and it kept me constantly curious the romance between the two wasn’t there to me. I was excited bc it had plot and the comments made it seem like there was a lot of tension but I didn’t get any of that! Maybe it’s the autism but like it just seemed like the mc was forced into this relationship bro didn’t give any consent to 90% of the things involved and the top didn’t give much emotion except possessive and creepy while mc was lowkey confusing when it came to his his conflict. Everyone is saying mc was into the guy but idk I can’t pinpoint exactly where except for the two moments of him missing him and him crying and then them fucking. I guess I just could really feel the romance and tension that everyone was talking about which was disappointing T^T
