Thats why I am confused, hence the three question marks. I also think vampire makes more sense bc of the bite marks, but you can't tell me the shodow doesnt look at least a bit like a dog, plus the mc constantly thinking he looks and behaves like a puppy. Feels like it is maybe intentionally misleading
The shadow does look like it has a tail. But it's confusing because the bite is more vampire plus the whole mind daze thing going on.
