Im no expert on the world building in this since i havent read the early chapters for a while. But if i was shin i would think it would be better to adopt a heir rather than birth one? I mean, the amount of wars waged over the "golden hair golden eyes" here sh*t is ridiculous. To adopt say.. a nobody with no connection to the throne would be better wouldnt it..?
