Drinking alcohol and taking drugs doesnt mean you cant give consent. Also the drug in question is ghb. Im not an expert in drug but i believe that drug is meant to make the other person pretty much pass out or not able to defend themselves. And that would play on his ability to protect himself but it wouldnt matter on the consent part.

And about alcohol, well he seemed good enough to be consensual. And yea we cant tell for sure jist based on how he looked but im pretty sure the author would have given signs if Jiho really was out of it. And Jiho didnt really care either when he woke up.
