I understand you mangaka, i too love messed up characters falling in love! This story was amazing, and has an interesting world building. I liked the extras too, i totally get putting in two other characters just to satisfy the itch of making new designs that are equally messed up but in different ways lmao the concept of a doctor being into asphyxiation and knowing how to do it correctly is kinda genius. Anyway 10/10 will read again and will reccomand(⌒▽⌒)
