Um, did you SEE the assassinations? He doesn't actually fight. The drug unleashes an ability to control coldness and turn it into a weapon for about 4 minutes. He can't use the power without the drug and he only gets one pill per attempt and even if he DID have some on him, it was stated that the power doesn't work on everyone.
yeh ik but hes a killer so i at least expect him to be able to get away or something
ik he doesn't have the drug but he should still have some way to fight or something to get away i mean he had to have a plan if the drugs don't work in the past
