Well, the creator generally doesn't have good writing skills, but is good at writing guilty pleasure stuff, but somehow she managed to ruin both characters. I can't care even more, their relationship is toxic.
I agree with you so much! To the end, he didn't WANT to return, he just has to or he'll die. While it does seem like he grew attached to the baby there has never been a moment where he's felt like that for Dojun. Realistically speaking, this whole situation would be a horror and the ending would be a downer because not only can he not escape, he can't ever be happy with anyone else. It's sick.

While I personally do want the story to progress a tad bit faster, you have to remember this is a Chinese manhua and will unfortunately not include all the smex and bigger intimacy that were all use to within yaoi content due to China's strict LGBT rules. With that being said, this is the most realistic and noncliche manhua i've ever read and for that reason, it's my favorite. I think we should appreciate the fact that its art is so aesthetically pleasing, we have quality characters and its fluffy and funny. Their relationship with blossom on its own time but for now, the author doesn't owe you anything. You're just expecting certain standards that you're familiar with, with yaoi.
the next chapter better just be the 'official' final. I HATE when they leave off on a note like that. Like all that hurt we never really got to be there for bc of the time jump just to come back and be forgiven so easily within minutes it seems (if he does) and then just fuck. I'd be disappointed
