I love this manga, my favorite couple is Youmei&Hizuru cause I have a soft spot for unrequited love.. (With I hope an happy ending).
My favorite couple is the surgeon doctor and his partner. I was so sad when he was telling his story. I was crying throughout the story when they have the flashback. My heart stop a couple of times. Not saying the other couples are bad- they just haven't made me cry yet and the translations not up to date so we'll see if I cry in the other couple's story.

Each chapter the story becomes increasingly strange!
Especially Kirino has changed a lot since the beginning, now it's too funny to watch when he tries to act like a female, I would never have expected such a turn out but the plot has definitely improved !!
