I've read the thing and I agree with you. Although I don't think reporting them on this site would do much difference. They'll just make an another account or simply move elsewhere.
Maybe they grew up in the environment where almost adults dating younger children is okay. I honestly hope they are not a predator but simply a person that was taught to believe that this is good ( ╥﹏╥) Children should be children, taking away those important years of development is bad.

You're right, I agree but it's quite debatable whether the environment, morals and belief affect what person reads and to what extent or whether it doesn't affect at all and how it's different from person to person, it's vague, we can assume or we may research.
