Fuck Vinter
Fuck Ekliss
AND ESPECIALLY YOU DERRICK, FUCK YOU!

Spoiler
...........
Vinter was fine at first, but something happen and he crosses her bottom line and lied to her. True, he might've had a reason to do so, but it hurt Penelope and she didn't like the fact that he didn't trust her.
Also, major spoiler, he's the one behind the transmigration. After the original heroine ending route, everything went haywire. Vinter was the one who turned back time for Penelope everytime she dies because he hopes she would stop Yvonne. So Penelope died thousands and thousands of time in Hard Mode because of Vinter and it finally broke her soul into pieces (and a piece of if went to our MC in Korea, so mc IS the real Penelope). Yeah, the Penelope in the Otome Game had to die ruthlessly every single time and stuck in a cycle that she couldn't escape, surrounded by people she hates. The novel gets more and more depressing as it goes on.
Ekliss.... *sigh* let's not even talk about that traitor...
Crown prince is the best y'all.

Umm the original Vinter in the Normal Mode does not like Penelope, the Vinter in Hard Mode does eventually fall for her.
And the one who keeps bringing Penelope back from death is Vinter in Normal Mode. He did this because the world was kinda destroyed by heroine Yvonne. So he casted a spell for Penelope to be born again and again to stop Yvonne until she succeeds. ..... and that's how he broke her soul to pieces, because she couldn't handle it anymore.

ORV has managed to make me cry a lot when I first read the novel. It's a bittersweet story and one of my favourites. For new readers, hold on because you're about to have an emotional journey reading this.

It's a happy(?) ending. I want to say that it's an open ending because while the happy end is implied, it also left us hanging like the end of Inception movie. So the readers never really know what happens next, bit everything makes sense as to why we aren't allowed to know since we're just readers. Just like Kim Dokja, a reader, till the end.

As of the way the manhwa is right now, Ruda is the best moral support for her. All her other friends gonna have to step up

He didn't even try to separate Dani from her friends. He just helped her realize her own anxieties. She was the one who was trying to separate from them. Even though she decided to be honest and give their relationship a try, subconciously she's still scared. To me, Ruda is a good addition because he makes them appreciate Dani even more.

Chapter 58 pg 12
Yeah....totally not trying to separate them
He does help her realize her insecurities, but that’s a little shady when u realize ^
In 57-58 he encourages her to run away from them? Instead of confronting, even though it may not have been entirely the most comfortable for her, they’re her friends? They’re not gonna hurt her? Yeah, he helps her try to separate from them. Thankfully, Dani is a strong person, and realizes running away is not the way to go.
If there's anyone that's confused with what the hell was going on, it's alright. I've read the novel a couple of times and I still don't understand the flashback that much lol
Do u know which chapter it was? ( in the novel)
Yeah please tell us the chapter
this arc spans over chapters 150-164 in the novel
