Remember . parts where it shows the others hating MC , not willing to help are usually from MC pov not the other's . So its how MC viewed them , it might not be how they really treated him . But yeah some are 3rd person pov are showing them hesitant to help too , but mostly bcs the MC pushed them away and are violent to them when they tried to help , hell even just asking was hard. But given , that time MC was really not in the right state of mind so ofcourse his only defence mechanism was to avoid more danger cus first of all , theyre not 'friends' to begin with , just boys who're grouped together to be boy band . More of a coworker , so ofcourse he felt alone with no one to turn to . Thus he turn to blindly trust that bastard that manipulate his feelings . So yes , the others werent a help , its not their fault but their part of the reason and MC also cannot be blamed :')
Exactly, the original MC was under a lot of pressure in a bad mental state so he's an unreliable narrator in the memories we have of him.
