Yeah, we know they ended up with each other but that doesn't mean it'll last forever. And that thought of temporary happiness and that everything will end is what brought Misaki scared of the future. Fortunately, Mikado is there to tell him not to be afraid to the future and to just be happy. It's a really nice manga.
