these are the kind of chapters korean author writes to extend the story
they could've just give us a baby but the author decided that it would be better to give miscarriage instead :D
also most of manhwas like this doesn't even get a proper ending always rushed cause the author got sick or just ran out of braincell..
He took medicine ages ago so the miscarriage makes sense.
