So I read spoilers about the whole story. How do I say it, this just gets worse from here on out. Like really really worse. And I'd say the manhwa is more bad than the novel because at least there you understand how everyone is so mentally sick and the reasons behind these mental sickness. In manhwa everything is so fast paced, it feels like everything is pointless and they're just trying to torture the mc. I feel like the portrayal of mcs actual trauma is not discussed enough either. But the ending it'll have is the worst. The mc ends up with fucking haeyeong. I hate it. He doesn't torture mc anymore towards the end (he crippled mc before btw) and act lovey dovey but seriously it's just Stockholm syndrome and mc knows he can't escape

Of course. So after like a shitload of torturing, raping, beating, burning, breaking bones for 2 years, haewon finally jumped off a cliff. Didn't die, some villagers saved him(classic) taegyeon and hyunwoo think he's dead so they're out of the picture. Haeyeong always has hallucinations and haewon and he misses him and stuff. So one day he sees haewon somehow and he uses shitty tricks and threats to bring him back to his side. Doesn't beat him anymore and just rapes him. Haewon gives up. Boom happy ending:v
