if you consider the number of chapters uploaded and the time span of a year it’s basically the same amount of chaps if it updated weekly. Webtoons are often released on weekly schedule so most stories with 100+ chaps take years to finish, if ur planning to wait ur gonna wait a while.
To answer you question, I would recommend reading, I personally really love the story but I’m ngl the translations are a good bit behind on the raws.
Edit: checked some sources (not sure if it’s 100% reliable or up to date) but the translations are actually only bout 10 chaps or so behind
