I love historical romance dramas and this is definitely one of my favorite stories. I really am loving the slow burn and especially after this last chapter... I am full of anticipation!! Just one smooch please ლ(´ڡ`ლ) anyway ~ the art is truly breathtaking and I love both of the leads they are the perfect balance for each other
honestly i don't like either of these bozos for Ariadne... Alphonso is too meek and timid, Caeser's personality is more suited for Ari, but he's just too sleazy and what he did in the past life makes it a no for me. Hope our girl gets a witty but affectionate man who can match her intellect and ambition I need some good banter !!!!

I hope he does! Not just for the sake of having a chance with Ariadne, but also for the sake of the plot!! Another reason why I'm kinda hesitant to consider him a match for Ari is due to what happened in the past. I'm afraid she might be haunted by what she did to him. I think a clean, new slate with a different man would be great! But again, we shall see!

I don't get the Dorothy hate .. things are not black and white here .. to dislike her for being cold towards her brother who has never once stood up for her, ignored their father's mistreatment towards her, never tried to hear how Dorothy feels, isn't right. She is filled with complex emotions - she clearly cares for him and risked her well-being when she saved him during the tournament .. how can you blame her for not wanting to be around someone who makes her feel utterly miserable?
